

You don't need to do any special sort of "Clean Install" or anything. All you have to do is run the installer to upgrade the driver. Look, if all you're doing is a simple driver upgrade (that is, if you're not trying to fix a problem), then there's absolutely no good reason to use a driver cleaner (like DDU). Then sometimes these people end up with problems afterward and they wonder why.


These people aren't trying to fix any problems, they just want the latest version - yet they still use some kind of a driver cleaner as though that's the only way to do it, or as though it's the BEST way to do it. I'm seeing way too many people using some kind of a driver cleaner like DDU, Driver Sweeper or Driver Fusion when all they're doing is a simple driver upgrade, and quite frankly I'm tired of it.
